The .CSD format is directly supported by Singer, Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking embroidery machine models. Files can thus easily be transferred to these machines. .CSD does not allow retroactive editing of colors as they are not included in the .csd file. These files can be edited in programs such as Embird, Wilcom and Buzedit. As far as we know, none of these programs are free. In general, we recommend using a save as .DST is supported on almost all machines across the market.
